Another week has been completed and we continue to work hard, build community, and enjoy our buddies in Third Grade.   It has been a joy to meet all the Grandparents that have come to eat lunch and enjoy time with their Grandchildren.  Today we spent our day learning about and celebrating our FREEDOM!  Be sure to have your child share what they have learned. Honey Creek Field Trip has been scheduled for October 16th!  Thank you to the parents who have volunteered their time to be working the stations during the field trip.  If you aren’t volunteering for a station, there is still a need for chaperones to get the students to each station.  Remember, if you haven’t already, check your Volunteer Status so you will be able to come and enjoy a fun day “in the park”! Don’t forget to go to Classroom News and see what happenings are coming up in the next few weeks!  We still need lots of pennies to reach our goal of 1,000.  Thank you to all of you who have donated! Third Grade Tracks for September 7th-11th

Wow, the 2nd week has come to an end!  What a wonderful week we have had continuing to build community, organizing our folders and binders, and getting into the core of our curriculum. Your child will come home with their binders of  graded work today.  The graded papers are there for you to view and look over with your child.  If you having any questions or notice anything in Parent Portal that you are wondering about,  please let me know.  NOTE:  Please do not empty the binder, the papers will stay in the binder until the end of the 9-weeks. Weekend homework is to get their Agenda Signed.  Your child knows where it needs to be signed.
